Join Me on my Fitness Journey!

Hey everyone! Since I'm no longer spending every waking moment studying, I've realized how much I've really let myself go when it comes to my diet and fitness. So this summer, I'm challenging myself to have a better diet and to workout more often! Sometimes it's not always possible for me to make it to the gym every day, so in addition to going to the gym, I'm taking on the Blogilates Beginner Calendar, starting July 1st. I really recommend you guys trying it out with me! I'm going to be posting weekly check-ins on each of the 4 weeks of the calendar (so every Sunday) to talk about how I'm feeling and how I'm liking the program! Lets see some results! Let me know in the comments if you want to join me in this! I'm so excited! xo

Getting Organized

Hi everyone! I've been missing for a little while because I've been sick (which is just about the worst thing in the summer, isn't it?). But I'm back in action and have decided that it's time for me to get myself organized. I bought myself a gorgeous white and gold weekly planner that is helping me get there and I'm feeling very motivated. I also have a bunch of great blog posts planned for the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned! I hope you're all having a happy and healthy summer! xo PS: I got my planner at Homesense for $10! Who would've thought!

Hidden Treasures

Last weekend, my family and some friends went up to Val-David, Quebec and went to this cute little cafe called C'est la vie   which I just loved. I've been looking for a place like this for so long and I'm so thrilled that I found it! Its so quaint and cozy and the atmosphere was just amazing. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious!  I ordered a mochacinno and a "Julie" panini which had honey chicken, brie and spinach. They were both sooo good, and they were so pretty I almost didn't want to try them! (so I took pictures haha)  All their drinks were decorated with little hearts on the foamy part which I thought was so cute!  We had the choice to either sit on the big Adirondack chairs at the front of the cafe, on the terrace under the big shady umbrellas or inside the actual cozy cafe. Its really a great place to go when the weathers nice. Overall, I loved this place so so much and I'm definitely going to go back whene
